I'm feeling a bit nostalgic today.
It was one year ago that we closed on our house with a dog under our feet (not ours - our lawyer's). A year ago tomorrow we met with Tom Wolfe about our wedding plans, saw the chapel, and had our food tasting. The next day was my shower and, the best part about getting married (other than Jon, of course) -- the cake tasting!
In many respects, that seems like a long time ago, but in other ways, it feels like there's no WAY it's been a year. Has it really been a year?
I'm still just as glad that I accepted the opportunity to say, "I do."
