Ah - look at the birthday girl try to blow out her candles (yes, that's Regan sticking out her tongue!)

When it came time to EAT the cake, though, Regan was uncharacteristically like the Locke dogs before her, eating her cake slowly, yet deliberately.

But she didn't give up easily. She pushed this plate around for a good 5 minutes, and it would have been longer if I hadn't cut her off!
