The afternoon was marked by Jon, Colleen and (Eric) Kelson converging upon The Harp, the official Bills Backers bar. We were soon entered into the Squares game and had ourselves some raffle tickets. Winning a Backers T-shirt and the free Beef-on-Weck bar at halftime proved to be the only highlights though, as, among other things, a kickoff-return-for-a-TD was called back because of a penalty and the Bills ended up losing a potentially winnable game against the Jets with two minutes to go.

Then it was back to Boston to change for Jon's Christmas party. No one was eating the food so we jumped in. The little circle noodle things were really good, but there were too many twig like things in the salad, and for dessert, there were just little finger-sized things, only one of which (the carrot cake) was really any good. This was somewhat redeemed by the chocolate covered strawberries and the mixed berries. Everyone said what a great employee Jon was, of which I was very proud!
